A Top Producing Realtor and native to Las Vegas, Alexis has been a tax and corporate law attorney for the last 20+ years and in 2018 she added Realtor to her resume. Alexis met her husband Tom at the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) and received her JD in law school with a Certificate of Specialization in Tax Law . The two were married at the Four Seasons Las Vegas about 8 days after Alexis took the bar exam. They have two very active daughters and three dogs. As a family they enjoy snow skiing, wake surfing, tennis, volleyball, cycling, and traveling. 

 

Through her legal career, prior to real estate, Alexis developed a unique skill set that unbeknownst to her would serve her and her real estate clients exceptionally well. Alexis’ career has included providing guidance on complex tax matters, as well as working acquisitions and closing deals for IBM all over the world. At IBM she held multiple positions globally, including as a closer for deals 5MM and over. Alexis was part of the executive team that helped grow local technology company Switch from a statewide, to national, international, and finally a public company in 2017. She uses the skills acquired over the last twenty plus years to navigate the nuances involved in a corporate relocation as well to negotiate commercial and residential real estate deals for her clientele with discretion and professionalism. Her clients use her as a trusted resource before, during, and after a transaction and become her friends. 

 

As a native Nevadan Alexis is committed to this community. She is a voting member on the Governor's Office of Economic Development, Battle Born Venture Fund. A venture fund dedicated to investing in local companies who are helping to diversify Nevada's economy. She has served as Chairwoman of the Board and as a Board member for the Children's Advocacy Center Foundation and volunteers a great deal of time to her church’s youth program.
